SHIPPING
Shipping

Ground Shipping: Orders received by 3:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship the same day in most cases.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air: Orders will ship same business day if received by 12:00 p.m. (PST) Monday-Friday, however, no guarantees are made.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise.

We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes at this time.

Note: El Vaquero Western Wear, Llc is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors (i.e. weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.)

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items can only be returned for store credit and are not eligible for refunds. Items marked clearance are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

If an item was shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), missme.com will gladly issue a prepaid return label and full refund or credit for the purchase price including the shipping cost.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from El Vaquero Western Wear,Llc! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase date. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.

Returns will only be accepted on purchases from elvaquerowesternwear.com. If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your return. You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.

Once your return has been received, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that unless your order was sent in error by El Vaquero Western Wear,Llc, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. If it was an error on our behalf, we’d be happy to provide a prepaid return label via email for the return shipment.

We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed. 

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your new, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order.

Please note, item must be received in new and saleable condition.

Processing Returns

When shipping your return to us, include a copy of your packing slip or order number along with the reason for your return. Remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking to confirm receipt of your return. elvaquerowesternwear.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages during transit. Additionally, elvaquerowesternwear.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original invoice and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days.
